How it works

De-nesting
At first glace, de-nesting would seem an uncomplicated and straight forward process. Unfortunately, this is far from the case.

Many parameters come into play when de-nesting trays in real-life situations becomes a fact.

Stiffness, uniformity of the trays edges and of the space between the trays, the handling of trays and refilling of the de-nester by staff the de-nester etc., etc., all have a significant influence on the quality and reliability of the de-nesting.

In the past,many attempts have been made to develop de-nesting machines that would de-nest seamlessly and efficiently, machines flexible enough to de-nest trays of various sizes and shapes without too much "down time".


Often these attempts ended up being complicated, high maintenance and less flexible.!
For the production management de-nesting by hand too often ended up being a better alternative.

But not anymore!

The Rise of AnyTray
Following years of experience, trial and error,testing and development, we realized that the only reliable way to de-nest fast and reliable was to develop a de-nesting device designed specifically for each tray.
To build a complete de-nesting machine for each and every tray was, of course, not a realistic option, which is why we came up with the cassette idea.

The Functionality of AnyTray
The cassette is light enough for anyone to lift and requires no tools or technical skills to change from one tray size to another. Each cassette is by it self not expensive, compared to a full de-nesting machine of the past.



The AnyTray Denester is custom made for each tray's width, length, and "height” of the tray edge, and the space between the trays.



The depth of the tray is irrelevant to the AnyTray Denester. The same cassette is able to denest trays with varying depths, as long as the width/length of the tray, the height of the edge and the division of the trays are the same.

As the cassette is individually designed fora specific tray, the quality and reliability of the de-nesting is unmatched.

The AnyTray Denester is able to handle sizes from 60 mm to 360 mm and basically any shape. Even trays with less than 0.1 mm division between each tray can be de-nested by the AnyTray Denester.
